MacFarlane replaces Caleb Abney, who stepped down following the 2023 season. MacFarlane served as an assistant coach on last year's team, joining the staff in August of 2022.

July 7, 2018Horn and LBC part waysAfter seven years as the Lancaster Bible College head coach, TJ Horn and Lancaster Bible have agreed to part ways, as Horn transitions to a job outside of the college. Horn is the all-time leader in wins in program history.
April 20, 2018Horn surpasses 100 wins in sweepLancaster Bible swept its second straight NEAC doubleheader on Friday, defeating Keuka, 6-3 in game one, and holding on for a crazy 13-11 game two victory. With the game one victory, Lancaster Bible Head Coach TJ Horn earned his 100th career coaching victory.
